At Shree Ruchi, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality food products to our customers on time. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Rates & Delivery Times

The delivery charges applicable based on location, or you may pick up your order directly from our store at the agreed time.

Orders are delivered through Royal Mail 2nd class.A flat shipping charge of £4.99 will be charged for shipping for order upto 20kgs.



3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

4. Perishable Items

To maintain freshness, all perishable items are packed with care and delivered using reliable delivery partners. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

5. Delays & Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, etc...). Shree Ruchi Enterprises is not liable for such delays, but we will assist you in resolving any shipping issues.

6. Shipping Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Shree Ruchi Enterprises, we take great care to ensure that all orders are delivered are fresh, high-quality, and carefully packaged. Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details and a photo of the issue. Our team will review your request and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement or store voucher.

Important Notes:

Returns and exchanges are not permitted for reasons related to taste preferences or delayed deliveries caused by courier services.
To be eligible for a replacement or store voucher, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.


Shree Ruchi Enterprises reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund or replacement requests.
