Ingredients

Proso millet, foxtail millet, besan, chili powder, salt, turmeric, cumin (jeera), citric acid (INS 330), soda, and hing.

How to use

  • Take 1 cup of bajji or pakoda mix.
  • Mix with 180ml of water and keep for 5 minutes.
  • Dip long whole green chillies or cut onion.
  • Fry in the hot oil.
  • Serve with chilli sauce..
